New lift for Hitchhiker's

| Artemis Fowl children's books writer Eoin Colfer will write the sixth (and probably final) book in Douglas Adams's Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series. The Guardian reports that Colfer was selected by Adams's widow Jane Belson to write a follow-up to the "bleak" fifth book Mostly Harmless, in which the main characters appeared to have died. Well done, Eoin. Now, for the sake of hundreds of thousands of fans, please don't stuff it up. |  |
